The city of Kalamazoo hosted events in the Water Street parking lot prior to developing the Arcadia Creek Festival Site. The city, DKI and OCBA developed a plan to create a dedicated outdoor festival and entertainment venue with amenities for all ages. Water feature, playground covered pavilion and band shell were incorporated into the design.
Naylor Landscape Management executed the installation of all brick pavers, integrated paver banding and turtle. At 28,000 square feet, it is the largest patio in Kalamazoo!
