The client wanted a private area in their back yard where they could relax and enjoy nature.
The existing site was wide open with a hill at the back facing their home. The solution was to build a curved sandstone retaining wall and patio into the side of the hill for privacy and relaxation.
We took advantage of the hill by building a beautiful waterfall that dropped down into a koi pond at the edge of the patio. This is a perfect spot where the client can sit and relax or feed the fish. They have a great view from inside their home too.
