We will write up a work order and send it to you within 5 days of your
request. This document will describe one of two things.

a.) Warranty work to be completed on site by Naylor Landscape Personnel.

b.) This work is not covered under warranty with explanation.

Your warranty request may require a site review by your foreman or
project manager prior to the completion of any work.  Again, we appreciate
your continued consideration. Should we not respond or resolve these
